A program designed to increase function and quality of life of individuals with Diabetes, Obesity, Osteoporosis, Balance Problems and Arthritis.

  • An 8 week, one on one program designed for inactive, at risk people.
  • Program initiated with a complete Physical Therapy evaluation and includes ongoing re-evaluations.
  • A focus on education and safe progression of education designed to address impairments, functional limitations and disability to obtain a healthier level of fitness and improve quality of life.
  • Patients are eduated and safely progressed with exercises challenging strength, flexibility and cardiovascualr fitness, while gaining postural awareness and muscle balance. Education is also provided on nutrition, disease  and injury prevention and general health and wellness.
  • Patients are discharged with the knowledge, ability and resources to continue with exercise as part of their life.
