This Highbar clinic has a convenient location in Market Square in downtown Woonsocket. This clinic features a large open floor plan and private treatment rooms. Many of our clinicians are certified in trigger point dry needling and we offer specialties in pelvic health as well as pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Dr. Jessica Roy PT, DPT, OCS has been the Clinic Director in Woonsocket since 2016. She is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, neurological conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, and women’s pelvic health. She is certified in trigger point dry needling and has experience in athletic training. When she’s not in the clinic, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling.

Roger Sayadeth is a Physical Therapist Assistant who specializes in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, men’s health, and manual therapy. He enjoys making a difference in the lives of his patients and seeing their progress throughout treatment. In his eyes, it is most rewarding to see patients get back to the activities they thought they would never experience again.
He likes to stay active by hiking and golfing. His passion is traveling to explore new countries and cities, learning about new cultures and ways of life, trying different foods, and experiences all the beauty that the world has to offer.

Dr. Kelly Dowd is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, neuro, balance & falls, and yoga/Pilates-based rehabilitation. Her passion is helping her patients live their best, most active, healthy lives. In addition, Kelly is a Yoga Anatomy and Biomechanics Instructor for the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program at Hot Power Yoga Center in Worcester, MA.
Kelly likes to stay active by being outdoors, trail running, hiking, and kayaking. She spends much of her free time practicing and teaching yoga, working on DIY projects, cooking, and taking care of her 2 cats, Elvis and Leroy, her dog, Buddy, and her 7 chickens.

She's passionate about finding creative and exciting ways to help her patients recover.
In her free time, Tayla enjoys hiking and is always on the lookout for new coffee shops to try. She has a black belt in American Kenpo and taught cardio kickboxing for 5 years. A former acapella singer, you can usually find her humming her favorite tune in the clinic.

Salvatore Palermo MS, LAT, ATC is an Athletic Trainer who works with Ponaganset High School and our Woonsocket clinic. His passion for helping athletes recover from the conditions or injuries that are holding them back comes from his experience spraining his ankle in high school. After he recovered, he wanted to learn how to treat these types of injuries and has since gained clinical expertise in Emergency care, orthopedic injuries, rehabilitation, therapeutic modalities, soft tissue techniques, and instrument-assisted soft tissue techniques. He was also a recipient of the NATA Safe Sport School Award for Ponaganset High School 2019-2022 and the Rhode Island AThletic Trainers' Association Athletic Trainer of the Year in 2022.
In his free time, Salvatore likes to watch movies, play video games, and spend time with his friends. He also loves to watch sports and is a huge fan of the Red Sox, Patriots, Bruins, and Celtics.
