Clinic Director Dr. Andrew Horton is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, spine, and sports-related injuries. His passion is helping patients reach their goals to get back to their sport, hobby, or everyday activity and live their best life.


Andrew lives in North Kingstown with his wife, two children, and their therapy dog, Mix. He likes to stay active by playing soccer, exercising, hiking, wake surfing, playing spike ball, and biking. His favorite sports teams are Manchester United, USMNT, Celtics, Red Sox, and the Boston Bruins. When he’s not in the clinic or at home with his family, Andrew loves to travel and has visited Thailand, Spain, France, Italy, Croatia, Greece, and Guatemala.
