Dr. Brady Flynn, PT, DPT
Dr. Brady Flynn, PT, DPT has worked with performance since 2019 as a physical therapist at the Pawtucket clinic. Dr. Flynn joined the Division street team after earning his Bachelor's of Science in Health Studies, in 2017 and his 2017 Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2019, both from Boston University.
During his time at Boston University, Dr. Flynn worked with the school’s Men’s Ice Hockey team as a strength and conditioning intern for 2 seasons. He also practiced his strength and conditioning skills as an intern in other outpatient programs. Through his skills and experience, Dr. Flynn became a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in 2019. He also gained a clinical specialty in Orthopedics, post-surgical patients, and sports.
For his final physical therapy practicum project, Dr. Flynn conducted a quality assessment study with Boston University’s Men’s Hockey team. He examined their post-game and post-exercise recovery strategies, including water immersion modalities.
Dr. Flynn wanted to become a physical therapist after experiencing multiple orthopedic injuries during high school sports. Over time, he developed a desire to help others return from injury and enhance their performance.
When he’s not in the clinic, you can find Dr. Flynn playing golf or hockey, or at the gym weightlifting.
