Dr. Boyle stresses taking care of your body to avoid injury and to eat nutritious meals, no matter how active you are. He adds that when you're working out take your time and stay focused on yourself, "Don't compare your performance to anyone else. Trying to lift or run as fast as someone else can lead to injury."
