Bridget Gomes, LCMT, works with Performance Physical Therapy as a massage therapist at the Warwick Clinic. She received an associate's degree in Applied Science with a focus in Therapeutic Massage and a bachelor's degree in Health & Wellness. Bridget is also excited to be in her last year of PTA school! She has also served as a Chairperson and 3rd Vice President within the Rhode Island American Massage Therapy Association.
Gomes has her certifications in TMJ, prenatal and hot stone massage. She is working on becoming a physical therapy assistant and has volunteered for the Special Olympics, the MS 150, Performance Physical Therapy's golf tournament and the Cranston-based Flames of Hope.
Outside of work, Gomes likes to hike with her husband and dog, and every now and then she pulls out her Irish step dancing skills. Gomes gives patients three pieces of advice: drink water, listen to your body, and give yourself a treat every day.
