Jake Tavares

Jake Tavares is an Exercise Specialist at our Smithfield clinic. His passion for medicine and helping others led him to obtain a degree in Pre-Professional Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island.

In his free time, Jake enjoys playing video games and keeping up with New England sports and fantasy football. As a former football and track athlete, he loves staying active through sports with his friends.
