Jordan Madigan MPT
Jordan Madigan, MPT, joined Performance in 2018 as a Physical Therapist at the Smithfield location. Jordan earned his Bachelor of Applied Science Degree (Human Movement and Health Studies) from the University of South Australia, then went on to earn a Masters of Physiotherapy from Flinders University of South Australia. He is currently completing his Post Professional Doctorate of Physical Therapy in Musculoskeletal Management through EIM.
Jordan became dry needling certified in 2015 and spent 4 years of physiotherapy employment in rural Australia. He also has previous experience working in both the hospital and outpatient systems, while also working with adult and high school sporting teams. Through his experience, Jordan has come to earn expertise in post-surgical and orthopedic care, acute sporting injuries, and chronic pain.
Growing up in a small rural town, Jordan was involved in every sport and activity he could find, mostly basketball and Australian Rules Football. After attending physical therapy for multiple minor sports injuries, Jordan began to develop a good relationship with the physical therapists who treated him. His physical therapists showed such a passion for patient care and over time they inspired him to pursue an education on Physiotherapy, shaping him into the physical therapist he is today.
When he's not treating, you can catch Jordan golfing, enjoying Australian Rules Football (Boston Demons), exploring Rhode Island, working out, and participating in any sport that involves moving!
