Josh Cabucio, ATC joined Performance’s group of Athletic Trainers in 2018 after earning his degree at Westfield State University in 2017. Cabucio is excited to grow with the Performance team and learn from the talented group of people around him.
In his free time, Josh always loves to stay moving. Some of his favorite activities are lifting weights, rock climbing, hiking, kayaking, and snowboarding.
As someone who loves to learn new things, Cabucio advises people to always do your research to better understand, whether that’s how to train properly or even just learning the proper technique for stretching. “Resilience is routine”, Cabucio tells us, “and continuous movement is just what your body needs”!
