Howard has expertise in orthopedics, neurological conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, homecare, aquatics, and functional rehabilitation. Howard assists with St. Luke’s Annual Trot Off Your Turkey 5K. He has a passion for coaching youth sports and has become a CAL certified coach for soccer and cross country. He’s also a clinical instructor for PTA students and a mentor to high school students.
Outside the clinic, Howard loves to spend time experiencing new adventures with his beautiful wife Jennifer, daughter Emily, son Alex, and dog, Milo. These adventures include traveling and skiing the northeast, working on home projects, and visiting tropical climates. He also likes to play golf, watch his son compete in soccer, attend his daughter’s swimming competitions, and play fantasy football with his co-workers.
Howard reminds patients to keep hydrated, to go on hikes to experience nature and get fresh air, and to find moments in the day to get extra movement in. One of his tips: “Park your car at the far end of the parking lot to make you walk a little longer.”
