Megan Marcello MSPT, OCS
Megan Marcello, MSPT, OCS, has worked with Performance Physical Therapy since 2011 as a Physical Therapist at our East Greenwich location. She has an undergraduate degree in Rehabilitative Science and a Masters in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University. Marcello is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, is certified in dry needling, and is an American Physical Therapist Association member. She’s also a clinical instructor for physical therapy students.
Marcello specializes in orthopedic, neurological and post-surgical rehabilitation, functional dry needling, sports rehabilitation, pediatric physical therapy, and concussion management.
Marcello enjoys spending time with her friends and family and exercising. She loves watching the Patriots and Red Sox, eating a good Italian meal, and, when she can find the time, baking some sweet treats to enjoy.
Marcello advises patients to eat well, as what we eat really impacts our bodies, physically and mentally, to keep moving with whatever physical activity makes you happy, and to be your own advocate. “Listen to your body and seek medical advice sooner rather than later,” she says.
