Dr. Reid Holden is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, hockey, football, lacrosse, baseball, and rugby. After playing sports his entire life, Dr. Holden attended physical therapy to get him back on the field after some major injuries. His personal experiences at physical therapy and his love for working with people motivated him to become a physical therapist to help people do what they love.

While earning his degree, Dr. Holden provided free physical therapy services to the greater New Haven area. Through his time treating, he gained a true passion for sports rehabilitation and orthopedics. He is now an adjunct lab professor for orthopedics at Bryant University.

In his free time, Dr. Holden plays in local men's hockey leagues and loves spending his spare time hiking or relaxing at the lake.
