Dr. Ross Levine DPT
Dr. Ross Levine has worked with Performance Physical Therapy since 2016 as a physical therapist at our Providence location. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition, Dr. Levine went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University. Since graduating he has earned a Sports Physical Therapist Certification through EIM. Dr. Levine is also certified in instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization & dry-needling.
Dr. Levine is the Sports Clinical Specialist for combat sports at Performance PT. He works closely with many professional, amateur and recreational martial artists, kickboxers, jiu-jitsu practitioners and wrestlers. He has expertise in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, balance training, postural correction, and core stabilization.
In his spare time, Dr. Levine likes watching movies, snowboarding, weight-lifting and kickboxing. He is currently a professional kickboxer for GLORY Kickboxing, one of the worlds leading promotions for professional prize fighters.
Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Dr. Levine loves pizza and the Yankees. Despite his NY roots, he is also a Dallas Cowboys fan. He reminds his patients to drink lots of water, sleep eight hours a night and stay moving.
