Exercise Is Medicine 

Exercise is Medicine provides an opportunity for people to exercise in small groups with a program designed by Physical Therapists. Created for anyone looking to improve overall health & wellness, it's effective in addressing:

  • Pain from Osteoarthritis

  • Osteoporosis

  • Balance Issues

  • Diabetes

  • High Blood Pressure

  • Weight Management

  • Heart Disease

  • Gastrointestinal Issues


Classes are led by a licensed therapist and an exercise specialist who guide the group through a total body workout.  With small class sizes, each patient receives the specialized attention they need to feel confident with each workout and gain the benefits of exercising in a group.

"I am delighted with this exercise Zoom program.  It's like having a personal trainer; Alexis always tells us to put the shoulders back, or tuck in the tummy or not raise higher than the shoulders before we start the particular exercise and this is a great reminder so that we don't hurt ourselves. Oh, and we must not forget to breathe!   Alexis makes it a lighthearted program, yet is sometimes demanding and certainly beneficial to our bodies.  I love it and for the first time in my life I am consistent in making sure I am in attendance.  Thank you Performance Therapy for giving us this opportunity to improve our health."
