School is coming to an end, spring sports are almost over, and the summer fun is about to begin! Most students can’t wait to be done with class and enjoy their time off, but what about the athletes who want to continue their workout this summer, but don’t know where to start?
Starting July 1st, we will be releasing daily videos to share a strength and conditioning workout for all athlete to follow this summer and beyond. No matter what your sport of choice, these workout tips will target the areas you’re looking to strengthen and help improve your stamina. Dr. Bobby Dattilo, Dr. Mike Glassman, Dr. Mark Casimiro, Dr. Will Campion, and Jared Ferreira will be sharing their daily tips and favorite workouts to help you stay in shape and prevent injuries all summer long while keeping your body conditioned so you can be at the top of your game when starting up your fall sports next September.
