Local parks can be the best spot for a picnic, game a touch football with your friends, or even a place to relax and break out a good book, but they can also be one of the best ways to get in a quick full body workout. The only equipment you'll need is sneakers and a bench!

  • Side Thrusts

  • Step Ups

  • Push Ups

  • Leg Lifts

  • Hamstring Stretch into Heel Lift

  • Sit Ups/ Crunches

  • Arm Alternating Push Up

Tip: Try a set of push ups from each level of the bench to really work your muscles!
