Providence, RI, May 5, 2022 – For the eighth time, Performance Physical Therapy was recently named as one of the 2022 Best Places to Work in Rhode Island by Providence Business News and Best Companies Group.
Performance was one of only 69 companies in the state to be given this designation. The “Best Places to Work” survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in Rhode Island, benefiting the economy, workforce, and businesses in the state of Rhode Island.

The two-part survey process to determine the 2022 Best Places to Work in Rhode Island included an evaluation of each company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, demographics, and employee experience survey. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
