Performance Physical Therapy clinics have joined the lock-down. BUT we are still seeing patients!

Updated 3/23/2020

In this sad, strange and unprecedented time, and Performance Physical Therapy is operating in a 'lock-down' mode.

In an effort to “flatten the curve” and reduce risk to our patients, staff and community, Performance Physical Therapy is now providing care through Telehealth.

Home care may be provided when absolutely essential.

These changes were made to protect all members of our community.

Please note:

Thank you to our Governors Executive order. Insurance companies are now expected to reimburse for Telehealth physical therapy during this crisis.

We will not be passing on Telehealth charges that an insurance company denies to our patients, at this time of need.

We ARE STILL accepting new patients.

We will continue to closely monitor information from the Center Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as our national, state and local health authorities. Knowledge, information and recommendations are evolving, and we will continue to reassess and make changes daily to minimize the risk of COVID-19 spread while minimizing its impact on your physical therapy care.

The safety of staff and patients is our highest priority. Covid-19 is a virus that is believed to spread in similar ways as the common cold or flu, such as when an infected person coughs or sneezes. Symptoms include fever, cough and difficulty breathing.
