Sidelines To Scholarships - Strength Training

This summer we have been sharing daily strength and conditioning workout videos for all athlete to follow this summer and beyond. Get a jump start on your preseason training. No matter what your sport of choice, these workout tips will target the areas you’re looking to strengthen and help improve your stamina. Dr. Mark Casimiro, Dr. Will Campion, and Dr. Mike Glassman have shared their favorite workouts to help you stay in shape and prevent injuries all summer long while keeping your body conditioned so you can be at the top of your game when getting back to your fall sports this September.

Week 1

Dr . Mark Casimiro and Dr. Will Campion start off week one with some core activation. Check out their best tips to help engage and stabilize your core.


Week 2

Dr. Mark and Dr. Will join us again for week two to focus on lower body strengthening progressions.


Week 3

Dr. Mike takes over week three to get you started on some upper body strengthening. Check out these variations of dumbbell exercises.
